On December 15, 2025, Twelve Seas Investment Company III announced the closing of its initial public offering of 17,250,000 units, including 2,250,000 units sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. The offering was priced at $10.00 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $172,500,000, which were placed in the trust account for the benefit of Twelve Seas' public shareholders.
Our commons shares will trade under the symbol TWLV and our rights trade as TWLVR.
Our main focus will be on international companies located in the Pan-Eurasian region, including Middle East and Central Asia.
